I am going to blog here from now on, mostly about running, but since it is my own it is very likely you will see other crap from time to time.
We are in Arizona this week, and I've been doing over three miles a day out here. The weather is really nice right now, so I wanted to run outside as much as possible.
Sunday it's back to the snow and the elliptical....
Happy New Year my friend. Welcome to AZ. I have been feeling lazy about running as of late, but you have reminded me that this weather does not last forever and I should get my behind out there. Thanks for the motivation.
