I was in AZ for the past few days for a family reunion. Pretty unremarkable exercise/running-wise, with the exception of a new 5K PR. I did really well, and met one of my goals for the year, getting it in 33:34, 10:49/mile. I was pretty damn sore the next day, I have never run that fast and altitude advantage or not, it was a fast run!
Despite running every single damn day of the trip, I still managed to gain five pounds, which I am desperately hoping comes off quickly.
