Six

For the long. And it went very well! 1:11:32, 11:55/mile. Did 3R/1W intervals. I've been doing 4R intervals on my short runs and that is going very well.

Eating is going not so well. Not so well at all. The sugar monster has had me firmly in its clutches in recent days/weeks. I keep trying, though.
